Terms of Service
If you're commissioning me in any way, you're agreeing to all of the terms followed below:
- No one is allowed to mint any of my artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), it does not matter whether it was commissioned or not.
- My commissions are first come first served. If there's a specific deadline you'd like me to meet, please mention it in your application form and I'll contact you to let you know if it's feasible.
- I have every right to decline any commission I don't believe I have the capacity to execute properly.
- My work is purely digital, I won't be shipping any physical goods nor am I required to do so.
- Your commissioned piece is for personal or private use only. This is not up for discussion.
- As the artist, I hold all rights to my work and I may use it for things such as portfolios and self-promotion.
- I must be credited as the artist (@alledear) whenever my art is used and/or showcased.
Payment
- There will be no refunds whatsoever, so if you believe you might need the money for something of greater importance, please don't commission me.
- You may cancel a commission if the payment has yet to be made.
- All commissions have to be paid in full upfront, and all payments will be issued through PayPal invoices.
- You'll be emailed an invoice once your commission request has been approved, and only after it's been paid, will I get started on your commission.
Process
- Customer satisfaction is my main goal, therefore you're allowed to make any changes during the sketch phase, including colors, poses, and any details you're not happy with. Once the sketch has been approved you can only request minor corrections such as color changes and small details once. Any other changes will come at an extra 5% of the full price, and major changes that would require me to redraw anything will come at an extra 10% of the full price. With this being stated, please be very specific and very detailed when describing your vision for the commission.
- Apart from the initial sketch + rough colors, you'll get to see the line art + base colors before I begin completing the commission.
- Turnaround time is usually 2-4 weeks. If for any reason yours might take longer, I will contact you through the email provided in your commission form.
I will NOT draw:
- Male presenting characters;
- Mecha/Furry/Fetish art;
- Landscapes;
- Cars;
- Complex perspectives.
Open to:
- NSFW;
- Gore.
